The contact form gives us your name, email address and — if you provide them — your company name, phone number and the content of your message. We process them for one purpose — to reply to your enquiry and to hold a conversation about working together (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process your IP address briefly in the mechanisms that protect the form against abuse — limiting the number of submissions and filtering traffic (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the security of the service).

The site does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not set tracking cookies. It stores only technical information in your browser — your chosen theme (light or dark), the time your last message was sent through the form, which enables an additional safeguard for the next message, and a session marker that keeps the welcome animation from repeating on every visit. This information stays on your device, does not identify you and is not sent anywhere. We do not profile and we do not make automated decisions about individuals.

The site and the handling of the form run on Cloudflare, Inc., our infrastructure and DNS provider. Traffic is served by Cloudflare edge servers, including servers outside the European Economic Area, and such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses. Messages from the form are delivered to us by Resend, Inc. (sent from servers in Ireland; certified under the Data Privacy Framework), and we receive them in a mailbox provided by Fastmail Pty Ltd, with data stored on servers in the European Union and transfers based on standard contractual clauses. We serve the site’s libraries from our own domain. Thumbnails of completed websites on the About us page are loaded from the webworkflow.nl server — when they are downloaded, that server processes your IP address in the standard way. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation continues and, once it ends, for the period needed to document what was agreed — no longer than the limitation periods for claims.

Access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and a complaint to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). A message to the address in section 01 is all it takes.
