Operations & finance platform

Rotterdam, the Netherlands

We built, from scratch, a platform that replaced spreadsheets and paper notes with a single system. It keeps full records of 120+ properties and 130 tenants — private and corporate — with contacts, balances and history, available from a computer and a mobile app.

The results? The system issues the bills itself, sends email and SMS with a payment link, pulls transactions from the bank and reconciles who has paid. With arrears, it walks the staff step by step through recovery, blocks double invoicing, and calculates and invoices recurring settlements on its own.

Property inspection system

Rotterdam, the Netherlands

We designed a system that moves the entire inspection into a digital protocol with an electronic signature. The report from every check goes straight to the tenant, the office and the owner — no paper, no retyping.

The results? The number of inspections grew dynamically. The signature is made on site or remotely via a link, and every party holds the report the moment the check ends.

Operational communication hub

Rotterdam, the Netherlands

We created one place where the company reports and tracks faults, assigns tasks to technicians, plans repairs and books apartment viewings.

The results?Company–technician communication moved out of private messengers into one system — every ticket has a status, a history, and is monitored.

Order flow automation

Radom, Poland

We connected an online store with the warehouse software so the data travels between them on its own. An order from the store lands in the warehouse instantly, with no human in between.

The results?Orders, payment statuses and invoices process themselves. Manual retyping of data disappeared from the company.

Subcontractor invoicing

Rotterdam, the Netherlands

We stood up, on an urgent schedule, a system that put subcontractor settlements in order and closed the entire invoice flow in one place.

The results?Subcontractor invoices practically issue themselves. Accounting became far simpler — and far more pleasant.

Meeting booking system

Rotterdam, the Netherlands

We prepared a self-service meeting booking system for residents — everyone picks a convenient slot themselves, and the system guards the calendar and the completeness of requests.

The results? The owner only approved the notifications — in the first three weeks alone, around 80 meetings took place.

Voice sales channel

Radom, Poland

We designed a voice sales assistant that guides the client through an order in plain conversation. It knows the current catalogue and stock levels, so it offers only products available right away, picks the parcel locker nearest to the client, and closes the order with no staff involved.

The results?A complete order — product, address, pickup — placed by voice. It reached the staff ready to go — 97% without a single correction.

National health service integration

Warsaw, Poland

We integrated online visit registration with the national health service (NFZ) — e-prescriptions, e-sick-leaves and automatic insurance verification work in one place. Doctors and medical staff use it every day.

The results?A fully digital flow — from registration to the prescription at the pharmacy — on dedicated, secured medical-data infrastructure. Data, documents and payments stay within the country's borders.

Training candidate registration

Antwerp, Belgium

We launched self-service registration for training candidates with online payment. The candidate signs up and pays on their own, at any hour.

The results?Instead of phone calls and paper forms — complete, paid registrations. Sign-up works around the clock, and the team simply runs the trainings.

Bookings with prepayment

Paris, France

We deployed a visit booking system with online payment — the client picks a slot and confirms it instantly with a prepayment, no phone calls and no checking transfers.

The results? The calendar fills itself, and occupancy is known in advance. Empty slots became the exception.

Online ordering for a restaurant

London, United Kingdom

We equipped a restaurant with online ordering, a full menu and fast payment across multiple systems. An extra module tracks road traffic and calculates realistic delivery windows.

The results? The share of online orders grew from 19% to 51%. Based on live traffic, the system shows the client only the delivery times it can actually keep.

Logistics panel

Murcia, Spain

We released a panel where the client tracks their shipment and prices the transport on the spot. The calculator works out the price from weight, size and route length, and the result shows on the page instantly.

The results? The client sees the price and the status without contacting the office. Quote and tracking queries stopped landing on the team.
